Ways to Pay

Assessments are due Annually on October 1st, please make payments by November 1st to avoid potential fees. Please log in to the Resident Portal to complete your online payment.

Make a payment through eCheck (ACH), credit card, or debit card.

  1. Log in to your Resident Portal.
  2. On the Home Page, select the blue box for “eCheck/Credit Card.”
  3. You will be automatically redirected to Zego to process your payment.
  4. Select “Pay Now.”
  5. Continue following prompts to complete payment.
  6. Please screenshot or write down Payment Confirmation Number (Zego does not send a confirmation email).

Paying with an eCheck is free (ACH). The processing fee for using a credit card is $1.95. The debit card fee is $6.95. Please verify that your payment has been processed five business days later by checking your credit card or bank statement, and get in touch with NMI if it hasn’t.
