President (1 position)
Lawrence Courtien –
A new study published by a retired Yale University researcher found that HOA protective covenants negatively impact home values. Leon S. Robertson, PhD found that HOA’s with too many regulations cause home values to appreciate slower than homes without HOA’s. Vote for Lawrence Courtien to reduce harmful HOA regulations and enjoy the freedom of homeownership. God bless Texas and God bless America.
